		<description>Nice service, much better than LogMeIn if you&#039;re asking me personally...However, when you start using anything except the free version (non-commercial use), it gets a bit pricey...I&#039;m currently using Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) which is less than half the price and seems to work great to the point that my computer illiterate customers find it easy to use. That&#039;s my pick in this industry!</description>
